Terrible communication and insane prices and fees. I was told that I could find someone to take over my lease and that they would waive a $1000 fee (which the fee alone is insane). I was told I had to sign a breaking lease document, and I wanted to wait until I found someone but they chased me down. I found someone to take over my lease, but they had already given it to someone else! And just didn't tell me! Thanks for nothing! So now I owe over $2300 because of poor communication (:
