This company was very efficient but with the passage of time it is declining. I sent a quarter game to the Dominican Republic and they delivered it BROKEN!!!! A shipment of a wheelchair which they told me would arrive in about 3 weeks even after ONE MONTH has not arrived and they inform me that it will take another 2 WEEKS to be delivered. WHAT A "GOOD" SERVICE.!!!!! Avoid setbacks use the services of another company.

The worst service I have ever seen. I sent a move and they told me that it would arrive in three weeks and I arrive in 8 weeks apart they did not deliver everything I sent. I paid more than half at the time they picked up what I sent and I said that I would pay the rest at the time of delivery and when the shipment arrived they told me that they could not send me my things until I paid everything. In short, it is the worst shipping company, its customer service is terrible.

Do not trust this company because it has gone bad, I had been using it for years and lately they have become like the rest, irresponsible, they throw things away and I sent a television and it arrived broken and they are not responsible. BE CAREFUL AND DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I had not sent for this company for years, and I made the mistake of sending through here, the first thing is that the box that was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks is more than 7 weeks old and has not arrived, I get tired of calling the tel in rep. Dom. And they never answer the phone, I have never been able to communicate with them, and in NY when I communicate they leave me waiting up to 10 minutes, (as is the case right now I had 13 minutes waiting and closed the call) and then they tell me to call another day the box arrives next week and every time I call it's the same story, the last thing they did was they called a relative of mine that I had sent him some boxes years ago, to tell him that they were going to deliver the box today, where it was not that phone number or address that I gave on the invoice. If it were up to me to give it -0 stars, they are useless 👎👎

I do not know if things are stolen but my experience with them was that I sent a tank and they did not give it to whoever sent it but they took it to another house and there it seems that they stole everything and they replaced me with shoes. and garments of waste that I would never dare to send. My tank arrived looted and what little was left was stained. What I put up was down and the company hasn't said anything about it. More than 10 years sending boxes and tanks to my family with them. I THINK THERE IS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
