I get a few prescriptions that can be hard to fill at certain pharmacies, recently had to switch from CVS due to horrible backlog 4 or.more hour waits and having to run back-and-forth multiple times every month! I walked in They made it so simple I had my prescriptions ready in 30 minutes and I was out the door! This is why I love local pharmacies, I am so glad I found them and so appreciative of how they took care of me and the nice treatment I received!

Put you on hold and then hang up on you and then when you call back no one answerers the phone and hangs up on you again.

FYI, advertised hours of operation are incorrect. They close at 5pm now on M-F. Didn't bother to update their website or voicemail.

My kids and myself have went in this store for years especially when we live in Woodstock….We love going in bc it is a small and they have awesome stuff….I went in on afternoon of the 13th…..I have chronic pain and need pain meds…I go to Walgreens and they said everything is on back order….I need my meds bc I work doing commercial mobile detailing…..I work 9 to 16 hrs a day and I’m the sole provider for my young kids….I have 5 herniated disks in my neck (which causes severe pain in my neck an shoulder), Carpal tunnel, tennis elbow in both arms and now a have a very large cyst on my right wrist which I can’t use my hand like I use too….I went in the Pharmacy and the older lady was very nice but the man pharmacist was rude and nasty….He told me he had them but he didn’t like my Dr bc he works for a pain clinic so he wouldn’t fill my prescription!! I’m in excruciating pain and he wouldn’t help me at all…I was in tears when I was walking out the back door!! I feel that is unethical practice bc he has never seen my medical records….I thought a pharmacist was all about helping people but I guess not it’s about how he feels personally about a Dr….He doesn’t care about someone trying to support there family and need their pain meds to get through the day!! Shame on this pharmacist!! I hope you or your family member is never in chronic pain and a unethical pharmacist won’t help them when they need their pain meds!! Karma is a b****!!
