What a terrible customer service at the guitar center in Harrisburg. I left the store after the lady first talked to me, then let me back by myself and disappeared without a word. Came back later, was serving other customers and then asked me if she can help me. You were just talking to me! No effort in trying to guide me further as I was clear I need help. I was litterly left back with no customer service. Terrible place!

The staff there is always super helpful and attentive in my experience, and there are always a good number of instruments in stock to try!

This is what great customer service looks like. I ordered something from these guys a few days to be shipped across the country. I was in a time crunch so I called the store to see if I could pay to have the order expedited. Alex and Chris told me they'd hop in a horse and buggy and hand deliver it. OK so I lied about the horse and buggy part-but they did say they'd put a rush on my order; no extra charge. This is how customer loyalty is formed. Going above and beyond customer expectations. I would have been more than happy to pay an extra $20-50 to get the order to me on time. These guys are amazing.
