I tried to call to ask them a question no one would answer finally get answered and then I got directed somewhere else was put on hold and then got hung up on. Very rude I've spent over $50000 buildings house and they can't even take a phone call from me just very rude. Also my husband got a two piece knife and tape measure set we went to return the tape measure cause it broke and they said they couldn't return it because they didn't have any more of them in Stock it was under thirty days when we bought it. Terrible customer service too.

I ordered a 5-piece patio set and one of the items was canceled., which turned out to be quite a mess. We had checked stock twice that day that I bought it and had scheduled delivery. Laura at the south side Pueblo store went way out of her way to make things right. It was a bit of a nightmare, but she fixed the order to the best of her ability. I about canceled this order and if it wasn't for her, I would have. Laura has impeccable customer service skills and if she's not a department manager in outdoor furniture she should be. I'm extremely happy now!

I am writing this review to contrast the North and South side Lowe's. I tend to frequent the North side Lowe's due to the location and other businesses in close proximity. That location typically works, but they are always busy and the parking lot can be a nightmare. South side Lowe's is a different experience. The store is much larger and honestly built for higher volumes of customers, but every time I go it's been fairly empty and pleasant to traverse. There is more stuff here and typically they have bigger items in stock, and this is a good thing! The place in general is fairly large with plenty of room toanuever down isles, there are plenty of equipment to haul around your purchases. Flagging down a staff to help direct you is fairly easy because of their vests. I could go on about what they sell, but it's a home improvement store, and you should know. I like their skeleton in the shower.

They will eventually. Keep trying. I had that problem myself, they say they are helping other customers in the store. You can always go in person and be helped.

If you are talking about the cash benifits on the card I don't see why not. It's a debit card. However as not to make a unnecessary trip I would give them a call to clarify.
In case another employee who did not see you purchase it sees you walk out of there with it. Not knowing whether or not you bought it now you've got to go through proving it with your receipt. Just makes it easier all around. It's sad that's the world we live in. But all the merchandise that walks out the doors is why we have to pay so much for a small piece of Plumbing!
