My granddaughter and I have lived here for almost 2 months now and I have to say that we absolutely LOVE it here!! Joton is the absolute best landlord I have EVER had! I also can't say enough about her maintenance staff! They are promt, courteous, professional and have made us truly feel at home here! I honestly could not even make up one bad thing to say about anything here. We are truly blessed to a part of this community.

I pay 800 flat and what ever my own electric is For a 3br 1ba. The apartments are really wide. There's tons of kitchen space closet space and open living room. There's a play ground and BBQ pits on site as well.
There are I believe 2 buildings with a handicap accessible entrance but I know those people have been here for 10-15 years.
