If I could give ZERO stars I would. We stopped in town after attending a football game after being so late to drive back to Denver. From the outside the hotel looks decent. Once we checked into our room I was greeted by a bedbug doctor machine. After struggling for a few minutes to open the door each time because the door handle was broken. I went to speak with the front desk lady named Kylie she came into our room and sprayed Lysol and was told it was for smoking in the room when the hotel is supposed to be 100%smoke free ! I was completely disgusted! I went to check the beds and pillowcases and luckily I did, there was spiders inside the pillow cases along with animal hair everywhere!! I asked for my money back and wanted to get the heck out of there. Kylie told me no and moved my family and I up to the third-floor which was no better stained sheets and hair all over the bed . I could not sleep a wink!!! This hotel is Filthy and do not get ice from the Ice machine it’s covered in black slime !!

I came here after leaving another hotel that was absolutely disgusting. I was greeted by a very kind and friendly woman. I explained what I had just experienced at the other hotel and she set me up with a wonderful room. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The bed and pillows were wonderful!! TV had many channels to choose from. Room has a mini fridge/freezer, microwave, ironing board and iron, and was very clean. Had to go to a different floor for ice but not a big deal. Hotel was easy access off Highway 50 and very close to I25, multiple shops and restaurants, and quiet because it's not right off the interstate. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed at the Comfort Inn & Suites Pueblo one night, from Saturday March 19 Sunday March 20 in room 215. I was very disappointed in my stay. First, my children were excited to swim, but when we got there we saw a pool filled with disgusting greenish-yellow colored water that looked contaminated. There was a sign that said the pool was closed for maintenance. It looked as if that water had been in there for weeks. Second, I was prepared to work out, but viewing the "fitness center" I witnessed extremely rusty equipment and a room that felt like a sauna! The hot tub was on just underneath the "fitness center" and the steam was obviously making it hot, proving it is poorly ventilated. Third, I needed ice but was unable to get any from either ice machine on the 1st or 2nd floors. Fourth, the Comfort Inn Pueblo rates listed online during the weekend I stayed were lower than what they were when I reserved my room. Fifth, I got a bug bite while I was sleeping in my bed. Sixth, and this is just my opinion, the breakfast was bad. The waffle mix was oddly flavored and the egg and cheese biscuit sandwiches get hard when you put them in the microwave.

I lived here for 65 relocating for a job. The GM and all the staff were awesome. I was always greeted and asked if I needed anything or had any concerns. The housekeepers are great. The beds are super comfortable. The location is very convenient.
