This place has a terrible reputation in the community and now I see why. My case worker has to pull teeth to get a response from them. I’ve been waiting for more services for over a month. Do not waste your time here.

Every 3 months when we order CPAP supplies this company tries to charge me over $200 in copay when my insurance company covers at 100%. It has been two weeks since we placed our last order and the insurance company has no record of them requesting authorization or payment and the supplies have not been shipped. The people are friendly, they want to help but this company has major systemic issues that they're not fixing. I do not recommend them unless the company you are already using is more incompetent than they appear to be. And unfortunately that's our situation, our previous companies were worse than this one. That's why we have yet to change. UPDATE: the CEO of this company contacted me to discuss the problem. I was impressed with the personal interest of the CEO. I received my materials shortly after. He then followed up with another call to make sure that I received my order. We have since moved go to another state and need to check whether or not this company serves this area. But in the meantime I'm raising my rating to three Stars because of the efforts of upper management.
