we do not see our carrier everyday??? we have at times packages to go out but no one to pick them up. we have had this issue before and it is getting frustrating. What happend to rin ,sleet , or ,snow??

You can and should schedule a pickup if you have outgoing mail that you want picked up. This area also switches carriers day to day some of whom come around in unmarked cars at different times of the day (I have only ever seen this in Pueblo). Just because you didn't see them doesn't mean they weren't around.
