I live across the street from the main post office and have problems getting my mail, or i get everyone elses mail, not even my address!
You can fill it out easily on their website or go in and request paperwork. I'd suggest just doing it online. It only takes a few minutes.
You can and should schedule a pickup if you have outgoing mail that you want picked up. This area also switches carriers day to day some of whom come around in unmarked cars at different times of the day (I have only ever seen this in Pueblo). Just because you didn't see them doesn't mean they weren't around.
