It’s upsetting to me that I pay over 8 dollars for my coffee and it can’t even be made correctly and then when you ask for it to be made correctly you get attitude from the workers. I order the same thing I order it the same way. I know what I want I know what I like. And for it not to be made correctly and then to have the worker be rude because you want it made correctly is not ok. My coffee today just taste like sweet milk doesn’t even taste like it has 4 shots of coffee in it. But see why waste my gas and go back just to deal with the attitude again? Very disappointing Starbucks.

Customer service sucked today .. they messed up our order and when we wanted it fixed, they acted like they were doing us a favor.. made a medium instead of large, and seems like they expected us to take the drink that costed less that we already paid for… not to mention that the girl who initially had the attitude made it a point to make us wait while she took he sweet smug time.
