Multiple bad experiences.

My package has been 'out for delivery' for 3 days. I took off work to sign for it. I hate that I was not given the option of a different carrier service for my package because I have never had a good experience with UPS. Choose any other delivery service if you have the option Major issue that your driver just lied to my face that he wrote a note yesterday (he did not, I was home with my door open the entire day, and watching my delivery since this was my phone and required signature). Really speaks to the quality of service at UPS.

Absolutely horrible. Delivery driver was ridiculously horrible. You can clearly see our doorbell. Yet, he lightly taps on the door immediately walking away not even giving the chance to answer the door if we could have even heard it. Even if he would have happened to actually ring the doorbell. We still wouldn't have had time to get to the door. If you don't believe me and think I am exaggerating, I should add that we have a video doorbell that recorded everything. I'd be glad to show you the proof.

Anything you ship usually to the east coast is always expensive but in would estimate it about 35 to about 55 bucks...or so. Hope that helps
Yup, seriously. You know why? Guess not. Well Joseph. They spend all night loading and prepping trucks for the next days cargo. This is not a "store", it is like a transfer point that accepts drop offs. It's a convenience for someone but it's not what this center's mission is.
