I went to DSW for the first time to purchase some water shoes on September 13, 2022. As soon as I walked into the store , I was greeted by Chris, the store manager. He took me to the area the shoes were, stayed with me, and answered my questions about the size of the shoes. When I checked out, Carla, the clerk was very friendly. I would like to state that this store was very well organized and neat looking. Finally, its employees have an abundance of helpfulness that would make me return for future purchases.

Terrible experience. Manager was yelling at me as I asked if I could swap for a new pair of shoes (they were the display shoes). The shoe that was attempted to purchase was a used, beat up, crease shoe, and they would not offer any discounts or a newer shoe. Terrible customer service.

The manager was extremely rude. I let her know I had a few questions and she was short and very dismissive. She said it was just her tone and she is unaware of it at times. The customer service alone is enough for me to never shop here again.

Sad that you drive all the way there and you can't do an online return. Guess the computer was down?? So pick another dsw
