5 stars! I was a Chevy driver for the last 45 years. I am now a Hyundai driver! The entire process was painless and quick. They worked with me to allow me to receive the best price. Finance was quick with paperwork. Yannik was SO helpful and supportive through out the entire process! I can't say enough good things about Chapman Hyundai Scottsdale. 10 stars!!!

A REVIEW FROM SOMEONE WHO NEVER LEAVES REVIEWS: A review about Lisa Magram & my experience Trust me.. you want to read this. Where do I even start? First of all, I truly hope this reaches corporate because WOW, WOW, WOW. No one enjoys car problems; especially people who have minimal knowledge on them. One Sunday I was driving home from church when suddenly my car gave me a hybrid system safety warning and tells me to pull over… well.. luckily I was just exiting the freeway. However, my car would no longer drive. Scared and panicked, I did what most girls do.. call their dad. Except mine lives out of state. Anyways, he tells me to contact Triple A to get my car towed to the dealership. Scared and panicked not being able to find my Triple A Card.. I finally figured out my membership ID. I thought to myself “no problem this will soon be resolved”. Well my friend and I show up to the dealership first and of course I forget it’s Sunday and the dealership is closed; scared and panicked knowing the towing person was about to arrive with my vehicle, I do what most girls would do -cry. Scared and panicked again… My friend walked up to the dealership and saw that there is a place to drop off your keys and fill out the form. Doing just that, we left the car where we were directed to. The next day, I gave them a call and they assured me my vehicle had been checked in. From then on, I would get messages from a lady name LISA MAGRAM who would update me on my vehicle, give me recommendations, give me timelines.. etc.. She truly went above and beyond to give me the ultimate client care experience. One thing Lisa did was over communicate - who doesn’t want that!?!! She answered ALL my questions and in a timely manner too! Hyundai, if you need a face for the company it’s definitely LISA MAGRAM. I could feel her positivism through her messages. Upon arriving to Hyundai to pick up my vehicle, a different gentlemen who by the way, was extremely helpful and sweet, (he too deserves a round of applause) also spoke very highly of Lisa. If you get the chance to work with her, you will not be disappointed. Hyundai you should be proud 👏 well done. - A Review from someone who doesn’t leave Reviews-
