Horrible customer service. I don’t recommend this business. I bought a large piece of furniture and told them I would attend the next day to pick it up. Once I spent my whole day picking up the truck, I came to the store and they had sold the piece minutes prior. I had asked to give my phone number the day I purchased however front store manager “Alex” would not take it. It was clear that Alex felt empowered in exercising his authority rather than assisting a customer. I would rather thrift shop anywhere than here. Whenever you find a business that doesn’t go the extra mile to keep their customers coming back…I ensure I never go back. Alex is clearly disgruntled and find greats reward in ensuring he sticks to policies that make life difficult for the customer. If I buy a large piece of furniture I believe that having 24hrs to pick up is reasonable. I paid $100 dollars to rent a truck and lost a day of time. This was a very negative experience. They sold a piece of furniture that I legally had purchased and owned. This is unethical and their business policies should be reviewed.

STORE IS ALWAYS CLEAN, WORKERS ASĶ IF YOU NEED HELP JUST LET THEM KNOW, ITEMS ARE PRICED RATHER WELL. WHAT YOU ARE LOOKING FOR AT BRAND NAME STORES YOU FIND THEM HERE. COME ON IN AND SEE FOR YOURSELF!!
