Great campground, I was impressed enough to leave a review. The parking spots are gravel but graded and neat. The tent pads are wide and smooth. The vault toilets were cleaned daily by the friendly campground host. Definitely worth a visit. Attached photos of my site and one nearby.

A beautiful spot to stop and rest, I finally learned how to car camp in a campground! The campground host Blaine is a beautiful human being with lovely vibes and keeps this spot clean and welcoming.

A quiet campgrounds 20 miles westish of Durango and 5 miles from a small town for groceries, gas, etc. Water is available but no showers.

According to recreation.gov the campground opens May 2nd 2020 on a first-come first-serve basis
