Very nice place. Extremely nice staff. Always friendly, helpful with anything that arises. They do not take cash for anything, always debit card. Have a great little store, literally have a small barnyard of small animals like chickens and goats. Nice little park for kids, plenty of pavilions, nice picnic tables. Only downfall in my opinion, narrow road, but one way in and one way out, that is a plus. Have really decent shower house and bathrooms, kind of hot, but that's due to summertime weather. Very nice campground, would highly recommend for RVs and campers, they have little cabins as well, not sure how many, also can fish and they have a pool too. My opinion, well worth the stay.

The staff were all very friendly. The petting zoo was a bit disappointing for the kids because only the goats stood at the fence and the other animals were too far off. There was dog feces on the grounds (grass) where someone clearly did not observe the dog park and rules. My kids participated in a scavenger hunt (really a lot of fun), but we were told it ended at 7:00 pm. When we went to turn in the paperwork and pictures the office was closed and locked up and it wasn’t even 6 pm… and so the kids were not able to get their prizes. Booking was easy and the staff was accommodating. There were no cabins available so we rented an RV. One of my kids loved the pool and said everyone was very friendly!! Overall minus the few things mentioned it was nice and I would definitely return again.

The campground is nice and we’ll maintained. Sites are a little narrow, but plenty deep for our 36’ camper. The petting zoo was great. We only had 1 issue when our picnic table collapsed in a storm the first night… I called the office and they had a replacement one delivered within the hour.

My family decided to get away for a week to relax and swim. During check-in, the owners/managers failed to inform us that the pool was closed. When we settled in, got our swimming suits on, walked to the pool and discovered that it was closed, we inquired at the office. We were told that the pump had "just gone out" and they reassured us that someone was coming to look at it that very day. We checked with the office each day (sometimes twice a day) about the pool status. The same lie was repeated told to us, with slight changes, when in actuality, the pool needs an inspection to be reopened and has been out of order for way longer than our visit!! We didn't appreciate being lied to! We found a nearby private pool that graciously allowed us entry for $20 a day, even though we were not members. So, we were paying a high price for the campsite plus extra money just to swim each day. Workers in the office were abrupt and heartless. Their attitudes were basically, "tough luck". It sure would have been a decent gesture to give us at least the $20 a day back, but the two women in the office said they "didn't know how to do that" and then proceeded to tell me the THIRD pool guy was coming to look at the pump. No compassion for their customers! We were not impressed with the campground as a whole - it needs some serious renovation and TLC. The golf course is rundown and weedy - definitely not usable at the moment. On our last night there, the power kept going out, which caused a lot of frustration with several families. The basketball area was used as storage for wood and trailers. The petting zoo seemed neglected - water bins green and filthy. The attitudes of the office staff were really disheartening to us and we won't be back unless the owners admit to some fault and not dismiss customer feedback with "I'm sorry you're not happy. There's nothing we can do about it." That is just unacceptable. We would have been regular customers, living only an hour away! Very disappointed.
