I highly recommend working with MiBox of Central NH. From the call to the office to box delivery – a professional and customer-oriented group of staff. The office was patient and detailed when answering questions and Ken, the driver, was the best representation of the company’s commitment to service. Ken alerted us as he neared our location and carefully considered the best location to set the box down based on the route, we would be using to move items out of our home. We had a MI-BOX delivered to North Conway an the service has been great. Ken dropped off the box and was very professional and accommodating. I am distant from their operations, but they facilitated my needs readily and delivered the size unit i needed without delay. The driver, Ken, was courteous, professional and even personable. Great guy. I have had the unit now for 6 months; and while it was tough on the budget, it facilitated my needs more than adequately; i rented a medium size unit to clear the lower level of my home for renovations. Everything went smooth, now i am moving things back in and Mi-Box will be picking it up the box in 10 days; Hopefully, i'll be ready. Blizzard is coming this weekend. Sincerely, dph

When Ken delivered my box, he was very kind and explained everything to me. Again, when he picked up my box to bring it to my new house, he went above and beyond. He allowed my twins to watch the truck load and unload the box from a safe location. I highly recommend MI Box. The office gentleman were very kind and accommodating as well.
