I was the first person living in my unit when it opened. Loved it! But as the years progressed, problems arose. Security on the doors and garages started breaking, and ppl are stupid enough to hold the doors open for non-residents, so homeless ppl started hanging out in the hallways. Ppl also constantly stole parking spots from paying residences as well. Management said to call the towing company when I couldn’t find a parking spot (daily basis) Even though they pay a security company to watch the parking garage. (Which they don’t. They speed through once a day and don’t check for validation at all. At least that how it was 2 years ago) But my floor had clean, good, quiet neighbors. So we never had any issues.

My husband and I lived here for 3 years and absolutely loved our time there. The units were beautiful, and the amenities were so great; we loved the gym and outdoor spaces. Our favorite was that it was great to walk downtown to shops and restaurants, close to the Trax line and City Creek. Would live here again in a heartbeat (just not on the State Street side because we've heard that it's so loud).

Great Location & Well Maintained: (Updated 05-17-2021) Maintenance has super fast response often within minutes, and work tirelessly to resolve your issue. The staff has a positive disposition that allow residents to be heard openly and fairly. They accepts pet (breed restricted), and have in ground parking secured by garage doors. Video surveillance and a security company monitor the property. This building is located on one of the most highly trafficked intersections in the city. 600 South is a one-way freeway access streets and State Street cuts through the entire valley. This Urban dwelling has big city appeal. There is a modern well equipped fitness room with 24 hour access and an Office space with some terminals and decent hours. High end gas grills are are custom built on one of the 4 spacious raised patios decks in the building. [They are now open generous hours]

I live her currently. We have been happy with our apartment, the furnishings are really nice and I absolutely love the gym. The gym has a lot of new equipment. Also, the hallways always smell really good.
