Kids classes are camp hero classes.. but typically over 13 get mixed in with "adult" classes if mature enough
Not sure in regards to that particular term...however you are taught defensive stance. With protection of head( hands up) and good mix of counter punching...slips and offense as well.. so certainly incorporates these philosophies in and out of the ring...
