I bought an engagement ring here but I highly recommend Oaks Jewelers to anyone who is looking for any kind of jewelry. All the staff were friendly and helpful, either on the phone or in person. Colleen went above and beyond to make finding the perfect engagement ring a truly pleasant experience. When the ring needed to be resized, they had it done within 24 hours, free of charge. This is a great business and I will definitely be going back for any watch or jewelry needs I may have in the future.

I had simple problem. The watch band catch on my current watch was faulty, and it came apart and the watch slipped off -- somewhere. So, I took my old watch that I had not used in years in to Oaks Jewelry. A new battery was put in, the band needed some attention which it got, and I was out in no time with my old functioning watch. Problem solved. It was the attention I received that made this encounter remarkable. For only the cost of a battery, I received first class service. I highly recommend this store and will definitely shop there in the future. Thanks.

I love having Oaks in the neighborhood. From beautiful jewelry or an engagement ring to the simplest repair or watch battery they are always attentive, lovely people. They have fixed my earrings and saved the old watch my mother gave me. I am thrilled to see they are surviving the pandemic and heading over there. They are part of the heart of the community.

- Face Masks - Required for all customers and employees. - Plexiglass Sneeze Guards - Each of our showcases/counters have sneeze guards in place for an additional level of separation between our customers and employees. - Hand Sanitizer - Hand sanitizer will be available at every counter, and we ask that all customers use it before handling or trying on jewelry from our cases. - Jewelry Cleaning - Each piece of jewelry that is tried on by a customer will be sanitized before it's put back into our case. - Distancing & Limited Capacity - When servicing customers, we will be spacing out each group to maintain 6 feet distance between each group, and limiting the number of people in our store. - Restrooms - For the time being, our restroom will no longer be available for public use. Hi Sharon - We are currently closed for vacation, and will reopen on 8/20. But yes, we can remove the ring from your finger and resize it for you. We do not charge for removal, and the price for sizing will depend on how many sizes the ring needs to be increased.
