TCK def deserves to to be recognized for its magnificent job that it does in SO many ways. My son is 6 y.o in 2 more weeks(and he chose to celebrate it with his TCK family). He started at 3 y.o and I didn't think he would stay much time here, just because I never imagined the crazy bond that would grow both from his end and ALL TCK staff towards my son(and obviously how much he learned to love all the techniques involved in Martial Arts). My son now all he wants to think of in his free time is TCK. He has grown mentally and obviously physically so much. He will continue to grow with his TCK family as much as he wants to continue(which is until he finishes Black belt lol or when Sensai says he has reached his end : ) Considering that my son has a long day Monday thru Friday getting up at 5am to get on the school bus and getting hw packets in 2 diff languages, I thought of giving him a break from TCK so he wouldn't get backed up in school work. My son Jovi refused. He said he didn't care if he came home tired, he didn't want to stop coming to TCK class. My son is fully dedicated to his class in regular school and TCK, he LOVES all his teachers especially Mrs.Sharon(like another mother to Him) his male examples Mr. Rick/Mr. Mat/Mr.Wayne play a major role in molding him with all positive attitude(I can never say stop saying so many positive things about them). Jovi will continue to learn all the discipline that continues to get implemented. I can keep writing so much more that I want to say, but just to keep it a bit short- What Really means the world to me as a hardworking single mother to my little boy is this. You can TRUST all the staff in TCK. I go to work and leave work knowing that my son is in the BEST hands.(They are with him even as after school) TCK is family to ME and MY son. My son truly loves all the TCK staff like if they were truly his family. He comes home tired, sweaty, maybe some bad days, but he never wants to stop going to Class. I'm truly greatful from the bottom of my heart I met the TCK family in my life. They have done so much for Jovi and many other growing boys & girls growing up just like him. Thank you! Sensai ofcourse he knows how special I'am. Lol(Sensai the Boss= very dedicated, stern, but comprehending individual who sets a great example) God bless all your team Sensai. I don't say it everyday or enough, but Mrs. Sharon knows how much I love you guys.!!! Xoxo ~Jovi's Mom~

Good place with discipline, I am planning on going there

I remember going here but at a different location. I was a Little Kid with a small frame. The sparring sessions were good, just wished it was at the age of me trying to understand the techniques and how to use them more effectively. Just wished back then not to be afraid of sparring sessions. Definetly makes the students work hard with discipline. I remember one day when I beat someone "ranked" way higher than me in sparring I was told I wasn't being "humble" and being "cocky" when it was just excitement/little bit of celebration and wasn't trying to say I was the best. Sensei might have took it the wrong way. I also do remember some yelling arguments with a black belt and the sensei with his parent. I never understood what that was about. I wished Sensei was with me in the Tournament fight to tell me what I should do, honestly thinking about it I thought I got robbed, I outlanded him in punches by a lot and landed several kicks on the him, one of my punches that landed had knocked the kid down and honestly I thought I should've won. Sensei has taught me how to fight (box/counter/kick) from the outside, "running circles" around the opponent (staying relaxed) and throwing effective counters to the body and head at an angle where the head was exposed. So I'm grateful for that advice since as a kid I would just brawl, not planning, not using any real fighting IQ or the techniques properly. When you get older you begin to understand it more and more.

They have summer and winter camp. Summer Camp might be 6-8 weeks and the winter camp has increased to 4 days. They also have afterschool and depending how close the school is they might be able to offer schools pick up. Please call them for more information. I'm just a very happy parent whom daughter has attended for about 6-7 years. She is a teen and still attending.
