Bad experience I dont recommend this hotel. I had a reservation for Saturday but due to traveling I couldnt check-in . I was only 15mins after there check in time and front desk guy said their computers were locked and couldn't check me in. Keep in mind it was 1am or 2am dont remember, but we were very tired and sleepy. We had to leave in the middle of the night to find another place to stay. DONT STAY HERE!!!!! I never had issues with other hotels checking in after there check in time, they always help their customers to find a room.

Positive: Hotel was close to the freeway. Negative: We stayed two nights Tuesday and Wednesday and both nights there was a miniumum of 10 people hanging out side drinking hard liquor, smoking cigarettes and playing loud music. The hotel felt unsafe just entering and exiting the building.

This was a surprisingly bad experience. I thought this chain was more for business travelers. It's more for long term residence. My group had a pretty bad experience there with staff. They treated us as we were prisoners/ criminals because we loaded our ski and snowboard gear in the side door. On top of that constantly loud neighbors , Non working stove, and a sub par breakfast. If you are a skier or vacationer there are other cheap hotels that don't accommodate to the transient crowd on the same cul-de-sac. I would recommend checking them out instead.

The staff is very helpful and caring about what their guests need. They got me a great rate and anything I've needed they have taken care of. I love staying here. The water pressure and temperature are way better than other cheap hotels I've stayed at and the rooms are way more comfortable and clean as well. I'd recommend to anyone.

Prices of hotel rooms are like the stock market, it changes depending on when you book the hotel. If you were to pay once a month, it would be about $1800.00 per month.
Hotel prices go up and down depending on the day of the week the time of day whether there is an event in town any number of reasons are contributing factor as to how much a hotel room will cost Extended Stay is no different. However, I do know they have weekly rates which are cheaper than daily rates but you must pay for the week in advance they used to have monthly rates I am not sure if they have those anymore most places have done away with them. If you have a pet that is extra, FPL pay by the day they charge more so as you can see there are a lot of contributing factors and deciding the price. Your best bet would be to call them and get a quote then you will know for sure and there will be no surprises.
