Customer service: I said “good morning” or “hi” to more than 5 front desk employees and they didn’t say back. All of them standing next to a “be kind” sign. I found it sarcastic. Good location, easy access to train and restaurants all around it. Clean and confortable.

Check in went fine. Got to our room, it was decent. Left for our concert then got back around midnight. Went to go to bed and pulled the sheets down to reveal 3 long hairs and 2 short hairs in my bed. Called the front desk and they said they could move us to another room. It's midnight. I'm not going to move to another room in the middle of the night after I had already unpacked all my things. Had to be demanding that they come and make the bed with new sheets. They finally did and I could finally go to bed. Also when I finally laid down you could hear someone stomping around upstairs until 3 am. I will not stay here again. Not just the hair but the fact you can hear others in their rooms. The manager gave us $25 off our stay. I guess something is better than nothing but we will not be staying here ever again.

*** update since they want to make an excuse for being rude out of all days*** My bank is not a pre card bank it is mountain america checking account in my name she said you dont accept it.. It was not a prepaid card.. you are making excuses very rude after I had already paid for the room. If I could do negative stars I would. I had booked my hotel room weeks ago and they took the money out of my card. It was for my wedding night I showed up after my wedding ready to relax and the lady at the front desk wouldnt take my card for the deposit because it was a prepaid card. I gave her my bank card (was not prepaid it was a checking account from mountain america) and she said they didnt accept cards from mountain america because it doesnt go through. I asked if could use my husbands card said no becausw was not in his name was not caring in my wedding dress looking stupid worst experience ever. I callee the booking agency and said they weren't suppose to charge me anyways because they do that through there app smh..

So fun and the huge hot tub in the middle of the room was amazing... We had the best memory there and will Definitely be back. Great room with a big breakfast from 7-10a.m. loved it so much for $300 for a 2 night stay $150 a night for the sweet is amazing price
