If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is a joke. I very time we come its always a different issue. Last time we waiting over an hour while seated just to order. This time they were out if the first item we wanted, and the second item they threw out at 12 even though they close at 1. Employees are focused on closing while everyone waits for drinks and to be seated. Avoid this place at all costs. Drive the extra 15 minutes to a different one, you wont regret it.

Employees couldn’t care less. They were playing on a tablet and not seating people even with most tables open. Watched order receipts literally dump into a garbage can. Our order had been sitting on a shelf for over 30 minutes and was cold. We did the online check in for our curbside order 5 minutes before the scheduled time no one ever came out after 20 minutes of waiting then we had to wait inside to ask about our order as most employees just walked by without acknowledging anyone. And when you fill out the form on the website as they suggest all they do is offer you some points, that most people with bad experiences will never use. So customer service even from “corporate” isn’t that great

I've ordered from this location twice, once as take out and once when was ill using doordash. Both times I've ordered the same thing their buffalo blu burger. Never once have they gotten close to getting the order right. My burger doesn't even have cheese let alone blu cheese. I paid for a 13$ burger and get an 8$ burger instead everytime. I will never order from this franchise again. I could ignore a mistake on door dash. I'm sure they are far from priority orders. But if you can't even verify that the burger someone ordered for take out in person is correct you have a serious problem.

Staff is good but they should've let me know before I ordered that it'd take 30 min before it was ready due to large orders that had to be filled. What a disappointment once I got my Buffalo boneless wings. They were dry and chewy, felt like I got yesterday's boneless wings. Arby's makes way better boneless wings than this place did, just shows how bad these were. Will never go there again.

Employees wore masks, that was the only precaution I saw being utilized during my visit.
