(building #2)Do not believe any of the reviews that you read. These are all paid for by the apartment complex themselves because they are trying to have more people move in. Yes, I am still a current resident. I cannot wait to move out and I'm sure that I will be contacted by them after posting this and I cannot wait to speak to them about it. I will not take the post down nor will I change my mind because I'm not going to lie to people and trick them into moving into this property. This is a terrible place with tons of hidden fees and major rental increases. They do not fix things in your apartment. They do not take care of problems that you have do not fall for their trick. I swear join the page on Facebook and ask the questions there. Do not fall through this

The maintenance team is great, they come as soon as they can. Just had maintenance come to fix my washer mildew smell and faucet linking issues. They were fast and provided friendly service. Pablo and his partner (didn't catch his name) we're great!

Lived here for 2 years. Pros - generally clean building, pleasant staff, fair moveout fees, apartments insulated well for other tenant noises, lots of local activities. Cons - They installed astro turf in front of the building - so during the summer every time you walk out the front door you get the overwhelming smell of dog urine. They also have a problem with residents having their dogs to urinate and even deficate in the elevators/halls/courtyard - they try to control this but it still happens way to frequently. They raise rent steeply every time it comes time for renewal (why we moved). Assigned parking spaces are far away from apartments and if its after hours - the public kitchen/rec area is closed so if you park in your space you might have to walk in and out and back in the building. The apartments facing between the two buildings have residents/non residents that are extremely loud at night - often screaming/yelling or bumping stereos very loudly... I would stay away from any of the ones facing the street if noise at night is a problem. Street parking is generally available but it is hit or miss sometimes which is a problem if you have two cars. Also there are a lot of tacked on fees on your bill such as DirectTv - which we never even used once. Trash service is also very moody and will leave notes while allowing some tenants to leave their trash out at all hours in front of their door.

We have been living here since October and all I can say is it's simply amazing, everyone is very welcoming and helpful. The community really feels like home and the amenities are awesome. The only downside is the wait for availability, but if you have the time it certainly is worth it. We really couldn't have picked a better place!

Questions & Answers

How much is your cheapest apt?

That depends on season, special and floorplan. When you come make sure you are ready to sign a lease immediately to get the best deal. Generally speaking expect $1,000+ My advice, whatever is posted online have double the monthly listed and add $300 for extras. Hopefully you get a sweet deal but you want to have options and all deposits ready to go. Pets are costly, imo.

Is it sound proof?

Not entirely. It is somewhat padded but you can still hear neighbors when music is blasting or the TV is loud, etc.

Do they add a bunch of fees on top of rent like parking, media, and so on or does the rent price include everything?

I payed a pet deposit, monthly pet fee, electric, and common area electric. There is one parking space that is included in the garage, each additional is $50/mo. It may sound like a lot but after comparing all the other apartments in the area it works out to be about the same. Gas, water, and trash are included in the rent price. They also have specials they offer when they are renting out a place to you that lasts your entire lease time. Also these are definitely the best apartments in the area, this is a secure building and the insides are beautiful.
