I have bought a few cars from them already. All of the cars have had problems, some minor and some major. There is a $400 deposit you have to put down if you win the bid. That $400 is on top of the price you bid on the car. Also they will let you know if the registration is up to date or not, you will have to pay the past due registration at the dmv to register the car in your name. Please have extra money for repairs because you will not know what kind of problems the car has until you drive away with the car and do your own real inspection. They don't allow refunds or exchanges at all.

Maybe im missing something reading some reviews. I been here the last two weeks as a new customer and bought a honda the first week. The vehicle turned out to be a real gem everything was new hoses, engine, intake the car did have a little shake on thee right wheel but it was solid for the price and had no real problems. The second week I bought another car this time I made a mistake because i thought it was a dodge stealth. Turned out to be a 1996 dodge avenger with a new paint job and tires. The car has 394,000 miles and shifted smoothly but I did see one bigmajor problem with this car when i bought it i noticed the vehicle had an empty coolant reservoir. I took a water jug the day i picked it up and filled up the coolant reservoir and drove off. If it wasnt for me checking fluids i could of drove off with the cr and have it over heat on me on the side of the road. Ill be there this sunday again today. Its the only place i know of so far. No problems with thisplace from me so far. I do think they have an inside man trumping up the bids because i feel like they did thatto me but if i ever see it infront of me i will definately take q tion for wuch malignant practice but so far everything good here 3/5 stars

I purchased a vehicle at High Desert Public Auction and was extremely satisfied with the service I received and the selection of vehicles! I purchased an SUV with relatively low mileage that was in great condition. I have had my vehicle over a year with no issues! I highly recommend High Desert Public Auction if you’re looking for a great quality used vehicle! You will not be disappointed!

Be careful people, they erase the codes on the cars! We bought two cars, they were ok when we got them, the next day engine light came on in both vehicles. Transmission was bad in one of them, spend 3500$ to fix it. Engine was bad in the other car I’m spending over 3000 $. I hope you guys read all the reviews before you go there. I’m not the only one who has been in this situation. I do not recommend them.
