The staff is so awesome here, is so nice and very helpful. They remind me of my rewards and to use them so prices are cheaper for everything (if your a frequent movie goer like us it’s a saver! Get the app and start receiving rewards, our family loves it because we earn free goodies and tickets between our purchases). Our family loves coming to this theatre. It’s always clean, a great experience and safe. And the best thing of all, we always leave happy. :)

Couldn't get Tix to Top Gun anywhere else and I hadn't been out to Valley Fair in forever. I was super surprised with how fast and easy the concession lines were to navigate (use the app to pre-order) they had decent parking and the theater wasn't packed to the gills. I'll definitely keep this location in mind the next time I'm going to see something sold out everywhere else!

May, 2022: Downgrading my review from five stars to three today. My wife went into the women's restroom before the movie and the entire bathroom was out of toilet paper. She ended up using napkins from the concession stand and flushed the entire wad down the toilet. The men's restroom needed cleaning badly. This was for an 8:15 showing on a Friday night and the bathrooms should have been monitored more closely. This is an excusable. April, 2022: Went here to see the latest Batman film. The Gateway Megaplex was packed in all theaters and this theater was more than half empty. The Atmos sound is awesome and the theater is huge. They have freestyle machines for drinks and the popcorn was hot and crunchy. The servers were very friendly and went out of their way to make our experience fun. I will definitely be driving the extra distance to attend this theater in the future. The Gateway is simply too crowded.

So, I ordered in advance, from the Megaplex app, and pre-ordered 3 tickets. The movie I saw, was absolutely terrible. Haha. My friend fell asleep, towards the end, and I can't blame her. It was a little confusing, getting the soda and popcorn, but, luckily the employees were pretty helpful, and were patient with me and were very kind. There are a few other theaters that I may like more, but this one is pretty good. It is attached to the big mall, I don't really care for that. Regardless though, the customer service experience was great, and the popcorn was as good as can be
