Didn't make the pizza correctly and then asked if I wanted it remade. Didn't offer a drink since we had to wait another 15 minutes. Didn't remake the pizza immediately. Didn't check to make sure ranch was included before giving me the 2nd pizza. Customer service was non existent.

Every time I order hours ahead, my food is never ready when I get there at the scheduled time. Always an additional 15-20 minute wait which defeats the purpose of a scheduled order. The drive through has a massive pothole in it almost directly in front of the window. Big inconvenience and danger to lower vehicles. 2 stars because the pizza is good. Edit 4/2/2022- 6 months later figured I’d give them a chance for some quick carry out and what do you know, the hole is still there in the drive through lane. They tell me to pull ahead and wait (I’m 5 minutes past when they said they’d have it ready) so I wait for 15 minutes to go inside and find my pizza sitting there done and plenty of workers standing around. Get it together! All your reviews on all sites suck!

The service sucks i know its first come first served when its delivery but it shouldnt take almost 2 hours for them to make and deliver 3 blocks from them where i live other then that i love it and recommend their buffalo chicken sandwich

I made the ELEMENTARY MISTAKE. Did not check out the order before leaving the drive thru window. Pizza was missing the Italian Sausage, onions and Mushrooms. Called the Durant location, supposed to get credit. Didn't find out until I got home, 20 miles.
