The new Manager (Mario) was a pleasure to work with, he was polite, courteous and knowledgable. Service inquiry I made was easily managed by his support staff quickly. I would encourage anyone needing to do business with BH to strongly do so, as their staff are very customer focused and the store price point on their inventory is more than reasonable. Go for it!!

This place is amazing and so is their staff. As soon as I walked in Mario was there to help me with any questions and made renting a hospital bed super easy. They even delivered that day!! Under $200 to rent a hospital bed for a whole month and delivery, setup, and pick up is included. I won't rent from any other place!

I needed a 10’ wheelchair ramp. I called and got Justin Wood on the phone who was knowledgeable and helpful he told me exactly what they had available in the way of rentals (the condition they were in) and what was for sale. I needed one that night but wasn’t sure if it would fit for my needs. He allowed me to test it out and see. Super nice guy! I will definitely recommend Bellevue and particularly Justin in the future.
