Our very old A/C system was dying during a recent heat wave, so my wife called All Seasons to come out and take a look. They performed some maintenance to get our system temporarily up and running again, and recommended we replace the aging system (which we 100% agree with). They gave a verbal approximate estimate and said they would follow up with a written estimate. We never received the written estimate, so my wife called a couple of times and was told each time they would get the estimate to us ASAP. After several days and no estimate, I called. I was routed to the scheduling department who never answered. The main desk said they would call me back ASAP. I never heard back from them. If they are this hard to contact when we are trying to give them money, I can assume how hard it would be to contact them if we had a problem with our system. I went with another company for our A/C replacement.

Our HVAC system died after 30 years of service with a few minor repairs throughout it's lifetime. We inquired about another repair but due to it's age it was not cost effective. After receiving some replacement bids from local contractors in town, we decided to go with All Seasons Heating and A/C.
