The high school dropout working at the front counter decided that a Hot and Ready pizza was worth $8.59 Either because he doesn't know how to do math or how to read or thought a little extortion here and there made for a good side gig. This was about 3 PM on Wednesday the 22nd, So if anyone knows this person, they could really use some Flash Cards or a different job.

The Pizza is good but, The Cashier and who Seemed to be the Manager were to busy Chit chatting with each other. I was Infront of the Cashier & Manager, who barely noticed me standing infront of them for 4 minutes !!!

Today is Friday January 28, 2022 and I ordered pizza last night for dinner! As Covid is in a huge surge I need it known that little Caesars in yakima, WA on 24th and nob hill are not following health requirements! We went in around 9pm to pick up our orders as we had 2 orders totalling $53 and as we were waiting more customers had come in, the website says they are supposed to sanitize between visits and they clearly do not! In addition none of the 2 female workers wore hair nets or anything! Needless to say we found one of their hairs baked into our food! We are completely grossed out and will report this to the health department! I took a picture of the hair that ended up in my husband's mouth! 🤮 We won't be returning and we better get some of our money back! I'm going to spread awareness of this grossness! I'm also going to be calling the corporate office to complain!

Edit: Upper management smoothed over the bumps. Visited again and had the quattro, pretty good. Quick and easy experience, didnt bother calling in though. All said, good work, and up to standard. Earned an extra star. Pizza Pizza, absolutely. Service service, not so much. Last night I treated the family to a super cheesy and pepperoni loaded pizza, we weren't disappointed in the food. Little Caesars makes a decent pizza, it didnt look terrible and was cooked. To obtain the pizza, we thought we would call it in ahead of time because we weren't trying to wait in the parking lot. Well, whe. We arrived and there was a line, ok. The wife went in to purchase. To make this short, they had sold our pizza to the guy before her. Then told her the pizza was not in the oven. When the food was finally prepared the staff member rang up full price. After a 20 min in the parking lot, the exact thing we were trying to avoid, this wasn't acceptable. After pointing this out and asking what was acceptable about it, the food was discounted. Apparently this was done with attitude. It's tough to fix a mistake if you fail to own up to it and have to be told how/when to make amends. This is what makes their customer service poor. Mistakes do happen, it's how you respond to them that makes the difference.
