Bought a F350 a couple months ago and after a month it started over heating. Took it in and now it needs a new engine! Extremely upset they sold a truck with a bad engine. I bought a warranty and warranty will not cover. I called and talked to Chris. He said he is going to help. I will update review if he does make this right. UPDATE: Excited to share, 3months after the truck stopped working and the team at Truck Plus has made things right! Chris did follow through, we just had to wait. They took back the F350 and put us in a new truck. We are very happy with Chris and Oscar from Trucks Plus USA. Thank you guys for your help and getting us into a new truck that we can feel confident about. We appreciate it.

Trucks plus had awesome service. Oscar and Jeremy helped find the right truck. They definitely handle my picky ness and every day I would get a text with a picture. From Oscar on a new truck they got in. He stayed on top of it. Also helped my husband and I get into a Ford Edge. I have also traded a car and that went smooth. In and out. Found my mom an awesome truck that fit her. When something went wrong they got right on it to help fix the problems. Charlie and Jared are amazing too and a problem I thought would be 2 hours. Took them both 45 mins to fix. Great team work makes the dream work. I will definitely send all my business to trucks plus and Steve Hahn. Keep up the good work guys.
