I am very new to the area and booked my initial appointment with Maggie Gomez for a color and haircut upon recommendation by one of Salon Envy’s owners… Maggie is very kind, but my initial appointment took over five hours, and I was still required to book a second appointment to “fix” the color, that took another three plus hours. I requested a Mid-length bob haircut and ended up with layers, after I specifically requested not to have layers. However, I thought Maggie was very nice, and she made an effort to correct her mistakes, so I booked a follow up appointment for a color touch up, for this morning, November 20, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. I woke up this morning to a text message that was sent last night at 9:25 p.m., stating that she had a family emergency and would not be going into work this morning and that my hair appointment was cancelled. There was no mention of rescheduling snd no attempt made to reschedule me with another stylist at Salon Envy. Maggie, being a former Educator, really should consider working on her communication skills as well as being honest with people in general. That would improve her quality of service and increase her level of professionalism.

Love this Salon.. had appointment all the time of my haircut, hair color.. And most of all my eyebrows, microblading they made my brows look great and amazing.. l love it! Good service and great service..lneded.

100% recommend Patty for threading!!! She was able to accommodate my daughter last minute and did a wonderful job. She is skilled, professional, and educated on threading. My daughter cannot have wax due to acne breakouts and upon learning this she was careful about applying products before and after. The price was also outstanding and below the service received. Her friendliness just added to the top notch experience. Highly recommend Patty for your hair removal needs!!!
