I went in to trade my old gen Xbox in and waited 45 minutes off to the side while the guy assisted at least 10 other people and then finally came to me with a very disgusting attitude and look on his face because my old Xbox was dirty and had been sitting in my garage for months so on top of the criticism from the staff member the same staff member then hooked up my console the wrong way because he didn’t know what he was doing and plugged the hdmi cord in the wrong slot and told me my Xbox was broken so Now I’m home and my Xbox is on right infront of my face and I wasted easily and hour on absolutely nothing thanks to you GameStop.

Wow what can I say they actually try to save you money, by far best warranty next to Best Buy’s replacement warranty their warranty is very much similar. On $100 headset there they price match me for the price I found on target.com which was 88.95, The warranty on my headset costed $15 I am partially deaf in my right ear and headset it’s generally last me a year or less they will replace your device with same device or if they don’t have it usually it is a much better device.

I have not seen any save the world cards there, buy they do get different stock all the time. The best option is to call them. The staff here is rather knowledgeable and very customer friendly.

If they have a midnight release you shouldn't need anything. It does help to have your receipt and if you show up before they're closing hours you can get a spot held in line
