He was absolutely wonderful. I broke my work phone and he literally changed it within 15 minutes. My best measurement from the time was using the Bee Movie (it was playing) from the time they flew out the nest to him getting trapped in the house was when he finished my screen! Plus he gave me a free screen protector! Come here to get your phone fixed! (Other customers had came in to get their phones fixed!)

I needed a new battery when it swelled slightly and Certified Apple (Best Buy) refused to work on it. I stopped in shop and was told five minutes. Well, it took about 15 instead and was about the same price as Apple was going to charge. I couldn't be happier with service. Phone works great. I would definitely use this place again.

As a college student, my phone is pretty much attached to my hand. So when I dropped it, I thought it was the end of the world, until I called Ugly Phones. They told me I could go in anytime, get my screen fixed, and be out of the door in ten minutes. They did such a great job and I will definitely be going back if I break it again(Hopefully not)!
