Was just there and used a machine that was clearly running hot water when I had already selected cold. I asked if it could be stopped and I would just use a different machine instead, even repay (really don’t want my clothes shrunk). Was told by the woman working “it’s above my pay grade to stop the machine for you.” “Our cold water is just warm.” “It’s just not as cold as you want it.” I said… “ma’am it’s literally hot water when I want cold.” Her response “ yeah… it’s warm”. Just really in denial about it being hot when she in no way attempted to inspect the washer at all lol. Down with this place!

Nice place with plenty of machines. I usually avoid this place because of them always looking packed. Tonight I had no choice though and decided to try it out. The machines are nice but, one of the women working was incredibly loud and condescending to the people doing laundry there. Complaining, very very loudly, about how the type of people that go there make her work load “so” much harder and that she doesn’t understand why they go there. I also watched as her and the younger lady working there fished out what looked like a rug from the dumpster beside/behind the building and a man saying it was his. They offered to clean it for him and said he could pick it up tomorrow, to which he didn’t seem to want to argue but was upset and was stumbling his words unsure of what to say. I’m unsure of the entire situation but it was obvious he had brought it there and they had thrown it out… I will wait another day to do laundry then to come back here. I’ve read and heard people talk good about this place, but for me, it’s a never again.
