After reading the patients reviews, it is unfortunate that a supposed urology health care establishment specializing in extremely important areas of the human body would allow such kindergarten acts from the office and front desk personnel towards the patients. I am seriously appalled! Why is Central Ohio Urology in business??! These innocent people/patients are putting their trust in the doctors and in the process being overcharged and treated less than human by the office staff! No, I WILL NOT come to your establishment for treatment. I am so upset after reading your ratings of a 2.5...C.O. Urology you are an embarrassment! Close your doors that are open for business as you are knowingly providing zero business. People are expressing their frustrations and you leave them a lame, weak comment, void of CHANGE. CHANGE. FOR. BETTERMENT. IS. WHAT. THEY. NEED. We look for care, a resolution to resolving our health concerns bringing us together, complete - whole on a happy journey to wellness. C.O.U God sees all things, especially evil. One reaps what he sows. Vengeance by all means is the Lord's. Patient's watch, pray and give your unfortunate health care visits to God asking for direction. Please look for you a suitable place to take care of your health needs. You definitely matter. This is an unhappy, miserable, lost group, they need to work on each other - not you.

Went for a test on September 9th. Was told the doctor was running 1 hour late after I had already paid the co pay. Rescheduled for September 30th at the same location and was told when I arrived that my appointment was at a different location even though I specified I needed this location. Rescheduled for October 10th and was told I would get a phone call 2 business days prior to to appointment to tell me a time. Received a phone call 5 days prior stating that I owed additional money because the same test was scheduled at the surgery center and they charge more money. Did not pay that after complaining about it being their mistake. No phone call so I called one day before my appointment and was told I don't have an appointment. I was placed on hold for over 20 minutes and finally hung up. Called the number back and said I needed to speak to a live person. I was in tears by this point. I was assured by the woman on the phone that I would get a call back. This is unacceptable and now I have to start the process all over again and hope that my insurance company will pay for the same tests twice in one year.

Had to wait forty-five minutes past my appointment time for Dr to walk and and talk for less than a minute to ask me a couple questions that could have been done in the lengthy pre-check in process I had done on line prior to appointment. I was then told OK let’s see you again in six months. This should have been a virtual visit and not wasted my time.

I recently had 2 procedures done at Central Ohio Urology. From my personal experience I don't understand why anyone left a negative review.The atmosphere is relaxing. The anxiety I felt en route completely disappeared whatsoever as soon as I opened the door. The entire team are absolutely wonderful from check in to your discharge. So friendly, from the gentleman at the check in window and beyond . Kind caring and Compassionate. Not just to the patient but to the family members as well. Take excellent care of their patients. Very attentive. I recommend Central Ohio Urology to everyone.
