This place is a disaster. The manager is stealing from the company and the higher ups are to stupid to even realize it. They treat there employees based on if they like you or not or if they can push you over. They make you do other people's jobs that's clearly not yours and doesn't pay you. They still owe us money they said was supposed to be on the last check and was not. They also pay people for good reviews. Shady company with terrible morals.

If you sign up for the medication-only package, the customer service is TERRIBLE! You still pay a hefty fee for 2 video visits with a NP that last no more than 5 minutes. They call in 2 prescriptions for you and that is IT. You have to make the follow-up appointments on your own, and good luck finding a time slot in your "window." They clearly gear all of their attention to the people that pay the astronomical fees for the diet plans. if you want to "opt-in" for the 3rd month of meds, you have to pay another $90 for a 5-min video appointment. I did lose some weight on the medications, but not even close to enough to account for the fees that the program costs. By the way, you can only be on the meds for 3 months total before taking a 6-month reprieve. You also have to pay for the meds each month. They are generic, so not too bad, but the fees just add up for very little return on your investment.
