Nail techs automatically cut my nails without asking if I wanted them cut down - I did not. I wanted them to stay the length they were. Also asked for them to be filed square and she filed them circular shaped. For the hands, she never finished cleaning up my cuticles and left all the pushed back cuticle skin hanging. She also did not clean up all of the thick gel polish that she sloppily got under every nail when it was to be removed before drying - because the grl polish was clear, I didn't realize how sloppy she was until after they were already dry and there was so much under my nail. I've never had a nail experience with this many mistakes in my life and will not be back.

I decided to try this salon as a friend recommended. The first time I booked a mani/pedi online. Did a good job but I waited almost 45 minutes and they put me with someone different than who I had booked with. They overcharged me and I had to have the bill corrected. The second time I booked acrylics and a pedicure online for my teenage daughter. I specifically booked acrylics, no gel. I dropped her off and when I picked her up, they had done gel with the acrylics. When I asked her about it, she said she was confused as they called it powder. I questioned it and they said they asked her what she liked and she agreed to it. She didn't understand what she was agreeing to. They are very nice people but my old salon would have taken it off the bill. I will go back to my old salon next time.
