Just fantastic from top to bottom. I have lived in Columbus for 4 years and have never really had a primary care doctor in town which has cost me a lot of grief in dealing with places like Ohio Health (absolutely horrible) and the various Urgent Cares throughout the city. To say the least, I was skeptical of healthcare practices in Columbus Ohio, especially given that I don’t have insurance at the moment. The woman attending the front desk was just phenomenal both on the phone and in person, you can tell she really takes pride in her work and wants to make everyone who walks in those doors comfortable and at ease, I also want to note that I called 15 mins before they opened to leave a message and she called back BEFORE business hours, totally unheard of in today’s world. And then for the doctor, Diane was just incredible, hands down best experience I’ve had with a doctor in my life, she asked the right questions and really listened to my answers to get to the bottom of things and I felt like she takes her care personally and truly seeks to provide the best treatment for you with your future in mind as well. As long as I’m here in Columbus this is the only place I will trust with my care.
