Have lived all over the country and tanned in many places. The Hot spot is by far the cleanest and friendliest places I have been. The beds are well maintained and refreshed with new bulbs often. You don’t find hair and nasty stuff like other places in the corners of the beds. And you honestly leave feeling like your business was appreciated. Strongly recommend giving this place your next tan. Thanks Rich and staff

Customer service is number one If responsible owners donot pay attentionn to their customers needs, complaints or requests to stop services or requests for refunds, then it shows me the company's Doesn't have good integrity. . Owners need to be responsible to their clients. Ignoring them, speaks volumes for clients like me in search of a good decent company. . I won't join thus salon based on its poor reviews because the owners donot care for their customers as to whether they are are happy and satisfied. . Customer service is number one is every business and owners need to listen to their clients and do the right thing every time. So I will seek another company that's good to the customers.
