The nurse practitioner was amazing, the wait time was very short, everything was very clean, I will definitely be back! This has by far been the best QuickCARE experience I’ve ever had.

The “walk in” is a joke. They do not allow walk in’s, you have to make an appointment. When I stated it said walk in, online the Dr“if that’s what you want to call her” said “ you can walk in to make a appointment or do it online like everyone else”. There was no one there waiting, she was just sitting down doing nothing. I asked since we are here and there wasn’t anyone else there waiting could you just see us? Her response “no I only have two 30 min appointments left today and they aren’t till later”. Even though I was standing there with 2 extremely sick kids and no one was waiting she still wouldn’t see my kids. I will never go to another minute clinic due to this experience. This woman’s license should be taken away. She was too lazy to see 2 extra patients at this so called walk in clinic. She was rude, arrogant and useless.

I would give a zero if it would let me! I was told when I called I didn't need an appointment so I go there and they tell me it's a 3 hour wait because I didn't have an appointment so I leave and set up an appointment for the next day. Even having an appointment it was over an hour wait the next day! ugh! what is the point of an appointment if they won't honor it! The nurse or whatever she is didn't know what she was doing she said "they didn't train me on how to do this" and she was rude and was arguring with me. I will NEVER go there again! CVS TRAIN YOUR WORKERS!!... Frustrating!
