Very great place! All vets and nurse and staff are very friendly quick to see you and check you in, don't make you wait long and explain things in easy terms to understand. Are always willing to help out if you need help loading your animals back in your car. Definitely recommend to anyone to take their animals here!! Very clean and professional!

If there was a negative I would put it it has taken seven years for me to write this this place I bad all the way around my best friend walked in and I had to carry him out in a box they stressed him out so bad he had a panic attack and then they put a oxygen mask on him and never turned it on I watched my best friend pass in front of my eyes. After he passed I hear the doctor say the oxygen was never on and there was nothing they could do I understand mistakes are made but after talking to people about what happened I not the only one with horrible stories about this place. I’m sure this will be taken down but I hope it reaches some thanks for killing my best friend

Pine Lakes is the vet for our second rescue. They are such a friendly caring staff and Dr's and am so glad they have set up practice here in Palm Coast. They took care of our first elderly rescue and when he passed was so kind to us in the way he was handled. Our new little girl is not afraid when she goes in, and the front desk, techs, and Dr's are so gentle with her. I also love that they have a groomer right there and she does a great job too. Beautiful new office and adequate parking with easy entrance and exit on the parkway too.

We just arrived in the area to find a new home. Our little dog became sick, and we were desperate for help. We went to one clinic and they turned us away because they only take appointments. We then went to an Animal Hospital where there was nobody at the front desk, nobody to answer our phone call, and we sat in the parking lot waiting for someone to return our call.. They never did call us back.. We left and then arrived at Pine Lakes Animal Hospital. We were greeted immediately by people that are clearly animal lovers. The staff was fantastic! The Veterinarian was kind, and the most professional we have encountered in all of Florida. They won us over in minutes. They have diagnostic tools in house that most vets do not. We had answers in a matter of minutes and our special family member received the care she needed to start healing. I cannot recommend them enough, and want to thank them again should they read this review. Thank you!

I have gotten my dogs prescription dog food at PetSmart, but you have to have a script for it sent to PetSmart ahead of time or in your hand. They won't sell to you otherwise. All script food is in the very far back left corner

Do you declaw cats and if so what is the cost to declaw front paws

Epic Bam | Aug 25, 2019

You should never declaw a cat. It's a disgusting practice that makes them hurt for life. It's basically taking a huge part of their paw away from them causing much pain while even just walking.

Does anyone know how much a dental is for an older dog? I have taken in a family member's dog and his teeth are very very bad. But I need to find low cost care.

I don't have an exact cost but they are not the cheapest. Cheap doesn't always mean quality. If your pets are like ours and they are family then this is the place to go. They will care for your pet as if it was their own. They are wonderful with our two labs and take great care of them!
