Alan at Town Square Jewelers was incredibly accommodating and professional. I first sought out this Jeweler b/c my necklace needed a new clasp. He was able to replace it and solder it within only a few days. I then asked him to clean my very neglected diamond ring and he was happy to clean and check it as well. Finding a good jeweler is difficult these days and Town Square Jewelers will get my business every time.

Was looking for a top-rated jewelry/watch repair shop to get my watch battery replaced (it’s a Doxa, so I didn’t want to trust just anyone with it) right before an exam on Friday (June 24) that only allowed non-electronic watches. Found this place, and the hours on Google, Yelp and on their website said they were open from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM, so drove on Thursday afternoon from my home to the store, only to find it closed and with a sign on the door that said the store normally closed “around 3 or 4 pm” (which one is it?! An hour is a big difference), but that the store “would be closed for several days” and reopen on June 25th. I had tried calling ahead and nobody picked up, but I assumed the staff was perhaps busy. I wasted time and a drive, and had to quickly find an alternative, since it was the day before my exam. If a business shows this little consideration for customers by failing to properly update their opening hours on their online pages (how long does it take to make a quick change on Google/Yelp/website? 5 seconds?), why would I be tempted to trust them with my business, no matter how good their supposed skills are? Potential customers, be warned – call ahead or check in person if they are indeed open.

Call to the to the guy, he is a great watchmaster, he can arrange it, the only thing, I was there couple weeks ago , he said he is leaving for holidays and will be back after New Year.
