Used to be my preferred GC location for a while however, my visit today was really uncomfortable. I tried asking my hair dresser, Kaylee, not to go too high on the side and she told me, “IM NOT DONE” ..twice.. - I can see that you aren’t done and thats why I’m tryna stop you from worsening it further.. Overall the place is fine, just the hair dresser was rude and didn’t have the patience to listen to what I was actually needing!

Checked in online. Got there and they were closed. First associate was more concerned with closing the register than talking with me. Second associate seemed unconcerned that online checkin service indicated they were open until 5:00. I do not expect them to change their hours but poor customer service very frustrating.

I was able to just walk in and get a cut. I think they recommend using their app or calling ahead to schedule a time. Good hair cut. This was the first time I was here but they had my records from my visit at another place. Something you would expect these days but a nice touch.

Went with my son and both of us got hair cuts. I got 12 inches takin off to donate and my son got a fade. The ladies were super nice and sweet. Especially to my 4 year. We checked in online and didnt have to wait at all.

The cost of a haircut at Great Clips is a great value at the regular price. However, we do offer discounts from time to time. These discounts may take place at various times for the salons in your area due to them being independently-owned.

Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
