I had an issue with my car after an oil change. The under engine cover came loose and got damaged the next day. Performing an oil change does not require removing this cover, but I believed it got loosened during the process… probably inadvertently. We had a very civilized discussion about it and they agreed to replace it at their cost as a gesture of goodwill. I was pleasantly surprised at their professionalism.

Great service, great people, willing to go the mile to help people out. Couldn't fix my tire because of bent rim and blowout due to hitting a pothole but made it to where I could drive it to a place that could and didn't charge me anything. Thanks Tuffy Tire!! God is good!

Unfortunately being from Canada I didn't know any better and I took my Jaguar to Tuffy's when the engine light was on. Felix said I needed a transmission rebuild which I agreed to at a great cost. After a year and about twenty return visits to Tuffy's the car was taken to the Jaguar of Jacksonville dealership and was properly repaired. Felix lied to me which I can prove. Why I wasn't just told that they couldn't repair the vehicle I don't know. Tuffy's is good for oil changes (maybe) and that's it.

I went to Tuffy to check my brakes and see if I needed an alignment done. I was told that everything was good and I didn't need any work done right now. I was a bit surprised. Some shops make you do unnecessary work just to get the money. I wondered what would have happened if I took my car somewhere else. Food for Thought! The atmosphere pleasant and professional.
