all the way up the managers seem useless for anything while I visited the store. Super unhelpful (I spoke with 3 different employees) and clueless about almost everything needed to run the store up to pricing and organization. Never even tried to help the situation. Completely USELESS :)

This is the worst Walgreens by far. They are class action dumb. They can’t get anything write. They screwed up so bad I ended up in ER over something that could have been easily avoided. Stay clear away from this pharmacy. Place is a dump.

Walgreens Store #05808 located at 215 Palm Coast PKWY NE, Palm Coast, FL. 32137 is the ABSOLUTE worst in customer service!!! From the associates who cashier & stock items to who I can only imagine is the store manager. None have a sense of customer service & in turn don't value the customers time. I have been waiting on my photos since 4:25 when they were uploaded to this Walgreens' system. I was given a time of 4:50 for my photos to be ready for pickup. It is now, 6:25 & I continue to wait for my photos. I was met with attitude, no apologies for the misunderstanding or misconception that the system would not actually give an accurate pickup time, but an approx time. Even with that, there is no excuse for the poor service I received. Update your system & retrain your employees, including the manager on duty. Btw, don't think I didn't notice the difference in service & friendliness shown to my white counterparts. Perhaps a class action suit will change your attitude & the way you treat ALL customers. Do better!

I went to pick up a prescription at the pharmacy at 3 PM. I had already called ahead to check and see if the prescription was there, but your automated system was not working properly and it kept looping me. Once I arrive I waited in additional 20 while they searched for my Rx. Once they found it I was told to come back in 30-40 min before it was ready. I came back an hour later and the cashier told me that it was not filled because I don't have insurance. I told him I understand but I still want my prescription and that I was a cash buyer. He then told me to come back in 45 min. Really?
