Accidentally booked a room here when I meant to book naples. Tried to get them to cancel it literally 15 minutes later, or to switch it to a different location, but they refused and kept the money. Very greedy, even when they haven't actually provided you with a service.

Horrible we found roaches in the bathroom sink walls and in the tub. The bathroom floor was dirty. That is disgusting I have stayed at many Days Inn and the normal clean no luxury but definitely clean

Front desk receptionist was great, very helpful when reserving our rooms. The rooms on the other hand are absolutely disgusting. Our feet turned black from the carpet being so dirty, and there was trash under the beds and next to the fridge. We requested a non smoking room, which the room clearly stated was non smoking, yet the room wreaked of mildew and stale cigarettes. The air conditioner had dryer sheets shoved into the vents upon our arrival. The ceiling had paint peeling, and The pillows on our beds looked like they where throw pillows, very small!!

This place charged me $220 for one night's stay. Vastly overpriced. No breakfast. The condition of the room was poor. Fitments were worn and in disrepair. Bedskirt was torn. Room is in dire need of rehab. We arrived at 11 pm at night, otherwise I would have walked away. The only reason we gave it one star was for Gigi, the receptionist, who was very friendly and helpful.
