I really loved our visit! The video was really informative and it was neat to learn about the acquisition of the bulbs used for the lighthouse and how far they had to travel to arrive. The walk down was enjoyable and it's nice to stop at the lookout's and read the informative signs. The walk back to your car is a bit steep and might be a challenge for elderly or in a wheelchair.

We were the only people here on a foggy day - there are lots of signs that talk about the wildlife in the area, some gorgeous views, and the cutest lighthouse at the end of the trail. Lots to see in a smaller area. It isn't too steep of a walk and kids would enjoy.

Small and cozy lighthouse. The views are WOW! stop by here if you have a chance. The light house was closed when we visited on a Sunday.

I loved the unparalleled views of the ocean. The combination of old-growth forests with the ocean views and diversity of wild life was super cool. There are tons of interactive displays all through the site.

Everyone doesn't get that it's a reference from life is strange, they take it soo literal.
Like Michael said the gift shop and such is closed, but you can get to the lighthouse, and visiting Octopus Tree while there is worth it. Also the road is no longer closed
Yes you walk down to it.
Daily until 4pm
Ya like the others have said....closed tll march...BUT you can still tour the gounds...and see both the Octopus tree.....AND...the Grandmother tree!.....FOR FREE....And winter is best to see the wild wave action!...😀
Only during certian hours you can take the lighthouse tour.
