09/01/2022 Terrible service. From Canada I do NOT recommend it. After making me spend months and millions of pesos on credit studies + payment of lawyers + payment of appraisals, etc. obstacles are invented so as not to grant any credit. They made me pay twice for credit studies, equifax, etc. not at all... The final decision on credits seems to rest with a "corporate board" that never has contact with the client. Limiting the lawyer who supposedly does the title study to being one more processor who has to be paid and who does not have decision-making capacity, nor analysis. 09/02/2022 They made me spend at least $13 million pesos with the promise of granting me the housing loan and signing deeds. Today 2 months later there is no loan or refund of money. They lack experience and the legal support leaves much to be desired. Provides answers and advice without a legal order. Completely disappointed in the outsourced service and the treatment of the client.

Paid almost $400, I have been waiting for 6 months, they have asked me to update documents twice already, Every time I called is a different excuse to the point that no one is answering the phone anymore, Not in Medellin, not in the USA and not in Spain. NO RETURNED CALLS, no one answers email back. Please take your business somewhere else.
